I usually like to go to the Dominicans and get nice silky blowouts in the winter. They last longer in the ice-cold Connecticut air. But now that I've been working out, I've been sweating them out...looking like Buckwheat in the front and Beyoncé in the back. (Well not quite Beyoncé, but you get the point...smooth, silky hair on the ends.)
I've tried the ponytail thing...where you make a tight-ass ponytail and tie the top of your hair down with a scarf or doo-rag. Except, last week I couldn't find my scarf, so I used navy-blue stockings. (Yes, I know that's ghetto or country or something.)
During my plyometric workout the legs came apart and were dangling around my head. The man next to me was laughing. I didn't appreciate that. *sideye* Lol.
